This means that, whenever possible, we may implement several techniques to better understand your customers before embarking on your project. This may include focus groups, interviews, observations, etc. Whether we have this type of access or not, we spend every ounce of energy we can researching your industry. This helps us better understand you, and your customers.
Now that we're familiar with your industry and we know your customers by name, we start building your website or application based on their needs first.
